Maria vattimo

DIRECTOR

Maria Vattimo is an Emmy and Telly Award–winning documentary and commercial director based in New York. Her work centers on intimate, character-driven stories that explore identity, memory, and resilience, often blending strong visual storytelling with emotional depth.

Her directorial debut, KIM, screened at festivals worldwide, including the Philadelphia Film Festival, SCAD Film Festival, Female Eye Film Festival (Canadian Screen Award–qualifying), and San Diego International Shorts Festival, and partnered with a national nonprofit to raise $30,000 for domestic violence shelters. Her 2024 branded documentary Underdogs, executive produced by former NFL player Connor Barwin, premiered at the Philadelphia Film Festival and was awarded a Mid-Atlantic Emmy.

With a background as a cinematographer, Maria brings a visual precision and observational sensitivity to her work. Love, Lusine is her first feature-length documentary.

VERONICA STICKELMAN

PRODUCER

Veronica Stickelman is a producer and director based in Los Angeles and Philadelphia. Her work draws from a wide range of experiences, allowing her to think both critically and creatively across formats.

For the past 13 years, she has focused primarily on documentaries and docuseries. Most recently, she produced the Emmy Award–winning six-part CNN series Lincoln: Divided We Stand. Her work has been broadcast on CNN, PBS, ESPN, HLN, and Oxygen, as well as on international networks and digital platforms.

Outside of studio and network programming, Veronica has collaborated with Comcast, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, grant-based programs, nonprofits, and community institutions in a variety of roles. Across all her work, she aims to shift perspectives and create space for exploration, learning, and meaningful dialogue.


JOSHUA AMRANI

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Joshua Amrani is a film producer and entrepreneur based in San Francisco. Much of his career has focused on supporting early-stage companies and founders, working with technology teams that have collectively raised over $350M in funding. He brings this strategic and growth-oriented experience to filmmaking, using storytelling as a tool for cultural and social impact.

Joshua joined Love, Lusine to help lead capital raising efforts and support the development of the film’s distribution strategy. He is a co-founder of Equal Parts Productions, alongside director Maria Vattimo and producer Joseph Vattimo.


JOSEPH VATTIMO

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Joseph Vattimo has spent much of his professional career working in international and creative environments. His love of travel, culture, and the arts was shaped early on by the impact documentary films had on him, and he now seeks to create that same sense of connection and perspective through his work as a film producer.

Joseph has worked closely with producer Joshua Amrani across multiple ventures, developing a strong collaborative partnership. Most recently, their work helped scale a German green manufacturing company’s valuation from $50 million to $250 million in nine months.

He is a co-founder of Equal Parts Productions alongside his sister, director Maria Vattimo, and producer Joshua Amrani.


DANIEL PATRICK BRENNAN

DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY

Dan Brennan is a director of photography based in New York City. Working across commercials and music videos, his visual style blends naturalism and portraiture with heightened stylization, guided by a singular cinematic eye.

His work has been featured in The New York Times, Hulu, PAPER Magazine, and Rolling Stone, and has aired in national broadcast spots, including during the 2020 NBA Playoffs and the Super Bowl. Dan has collaborated with brands such as Gucci, Nike, Telfar, Timberland, and MasterCard, and has worked alongside artists and cultural figures including Natasha Lyonne, Tierra Whack, Busta Rhymes, and Simone Leigh.
